Circle + Bloom

I'm a little ways off from my IVF (about 4 weeks) but I got the Circle + Bloom download early and decided to use the 3 Pre-Cycle sessions each night until the IVF gets going.  So, last night was my first night.

It was AWESOME

Very relaxing.  In fact, I think I may have been hypnotized.  It was a strange, but good, feeling.

I thought about taking my Ipod to my acupuncture sessions.  Too bad I have needles in my ears though!

  2. i keep hearing awesome things about circle + bloom. bummed i didn't know about it until after my cycle. i kept trying to meditate on my own during the stimming process, but would fall asleep each and every time. your cycle is coming up! fingers crossed :o)

  5. I'm thinking of buying it too! I wanna be hynotized into relaxation bliss. My body needs that. So, your transfer is going to be in 4 weeks or are you starting your BCP in 4 weeks? I gotta know because you're my IVF buddy this cycle. :)
