Jonathan got his offer letter from the company he's been working for (he's been working as a contractor to this point).
So great news they are offering him a full time job, but also, he gets 1 week paid leave for the adoption in addition to all his vacation and sick!
Just thought that was cool, men usually get left out when it comes to new babies and time off. Heck, my company doesn't even give me anything for the adoption, I have to use my accrued sick and vacation pay and then use FMLA unpaid.

Oh tha's great news! Our neighbor adopted and they had to use vacation time. They eded up being gone for almost 2 weeks!
